"i love vivi ‘s and usually its amazing, but today i ordered 4 slushes and the toppings was almost at the line D. there was barely any slush. for $6 each, i’m kinda upset that it was straight up popping boba. The food was good as always, but even the flaming brown sugar drink was different? every time i get it, it has the plastic lid with the little red heart with the burnt brown sugar at the top. I’m sorry but it looked nothing like the pictures and it was my first bad experience here :"

"I rated this a 1 star because i couldn't give it a zero. The food is very overrated and the coffee taste like corner store coffee. Not only is the food not good, but there's always one lady in there that has a disgusting attitude. She acts like she hates her job and every time i walk in there she's always rude."

"Everything is absolutely delicious! The rolls are incredibly fresh. We tried #13, The Original Italian, #7 with Turkey and Provolone, and #3 with Ham and Provolone. The red wine vinegar adds the perfect tangy kick, making it so tasty! The service was incredibly fast, which was fantastic for an impromptu weeknight dinner. I give it 5 stars and will definitely order again!"

"This place has good pizza and excellent cheese steaks that never lack in filling. I have to find something on the menu I don't like and I can be picky. I've gone to this place for years and never had a bad experience. The device and the staff here are also very good. If you have a problem, ask for Brian and this friendly guy will help you. I brought a lot of people here over the years and when they come back to the area, that's where they always ask to go."
