"I ordered on the app I had to add my drinks to my order and pay separately for them. The sweet was sour and when I got there I had to sit in the drive through for over 20 minutes after my food was ready and when I got to the speaker they told me that noorders were sent to them from the app and when they found them the employee said I missed your t because and I quote her I wasnot paying attention so my order was around $21.00 dollars I am guessing that's for the time I had to wate for my 2 12 piecemeals and my $6.00 dollar sour sweet teas"

The workers acted very ghetto. Male employee Cursing at the window as I pulled up talking about the customers ,no thank you ,come again or anything pretty much just get my food and screw off I guess?

I wish I could give them zero stars. The fries were damn near burnt with zero salt. The burger had no taste other than the bacon on it. And to top it all off they gave me unsweetened tea. This Jacks is horrific. I should of know after last time I went thernot to go back but I just had to have a big bacon smh.
