"I have to say, this is the best bone-in fried chicken from Jack's that I've ever had. I order it every week and it never disappoints. The only reason why I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because they never include napkins with the order. Even when I specifically ask for them, they still forget. But don't let that deter you - the chicken and biscuits at this location are definitely worth trying. Just make sure to bring your own napkins with you!"

Food was great. Hot and fresh. Dining room clean and welcoming. Cashier was a little slow in service, (difficult time with registers), but very friendly.

we often stop at jacks, it's one of my favorite almost food variety. this location was particularly clean and welcoming. I heard the manager to encourage and compliment the employees in a good work. that was very nice to hear

This restaurant and its bathrooms are very clean. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Although Jack's is not necessarily known for its quick service, in my experience, the wait times have been shorter than at other locations. I recommend stopping here for breakfast, lunch, or dinner during your trip to Chattanooga.
