"I’ve been coming to this store for a while now, and i finally decided today 7/7/21 to download their app. This establishment has posted a sign that states download their app and get your $3 off your 1st order $2 off your 2nd order with $10 orders. And they didn’t honor what they have posted in their store. Overall all my visits have been good not great but good. The other day my smoothie was to watery and they replaced it and made it much thicker. And i am very Thankful that Team Jamaba Juice can make my smoothie the way I think it should be thick not watery. I got a response from the owner of this establishment. Jamba Juice consistently serves up amazing drinks, especially the mango flavor. It's a great spot to visit after enjoying a delicious dinner in Seattle.

I recently tried Jamba Juice for the first time and was impressed by their delicious smoothies. I ordered a smoothie bowl and although there was a mix-up with the topping, the staff went above and beyond to make it right by giving me a free gift card. Their customer service was exceptional and I will definitely be returning in the future.
