"We were in the area and wanted to grab a quick coffee before hitting the road. Starting off, the parking situation (not totally under their control) is quite scary. Those lots are chaos when it's busy. I saw people making their own spots on sidewalks, in the lanes in the lots to where cars were stuck, etc. We luckily ended up on the side road. Inside was extremely busy. We just needed something to go, and the line was maybe about 10-15 minutes. It didn't seem that long, so I was quite sure what the issue was.
