"Made an order and paid online. I requested ranch which I knew was extra so I brought cash to pay for that. After handing the young man the cash for the ranch, he said my payment was cancelled. Confused he asked someone for help and she said, yes I cancelled your payment. Just pay for the pizza and ranch on your card . I asked if the payment was refunded and she said yes, then had me run my card again for the pizza plus ranch. It declined because the payment wasn 't refunded.
