"Great sandwich, quick delivery5/15/23 updateI made an online order today and I was sadly disappointed. I ordered a lil john and a regular sandwich combo. I asked that they both be cut in half. I got a full sandwich and half of a lil john sandwich. When I called to ask where my other 1/2 sandwich was I was told they ran out of bread so they put it on a half a regular 8inch bread. That was NOT the case it was still the smaller bread, just cut in half. Have heard great reviews on Anacortes store and was really disappointed. I told the clerk that I’d never been here before so needed to review menu and he shrugged. When I did decide on a ham sandwich and a turkey sandwich I assumed it would be the same system as Subway where I’m asked about condiments. When no one asked I presumed the sandwich already came with the condiments. I was so wrong. It was a dry roll, ham cheese lettuce tomato and Mayo. Very disappointed

"I ordered carne asada and tamales via doordash within 20 minutes my order was ready. I pulled up to the convenient drive-thru picked up my order. Friendly staff. Everything was so yummy. Their green salsa is divine, and SPICY! The carne was a little dry, but otherwise good. Definitely the MOST ethnic Mexican Salvadorian food I have eaten in or around Anacortes. 5 stars!"

"Stumbled across this small restaurant while walking in the area. Tried it for take out. We had sweet and sour chicken and orange chicken...both delicious. The food was so fresh and delicious. Food being served to others was very well presented. The restaurant itself has about 4 or 5 tables inside, along with covered outdoor seating, which others seemed to be enjoying. The menu is quite extensive and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. New to the area, this is going to be a favorite spot! Parking: Ample street parking and a public lot behind the building. "Absolutely spectacular. Better than most of the places we’ve eaten in Italy. This is what Italian food can and should be. Order the specials. We started with one of the best insalata plates I’ve ever had. Thoughtfully matched cheeses, pancetta, roasted vegetables and tomatoes, flavored with just the right oil and spices. Our main course of Halibut was cooked with a sauce that was light flavorful, and not overpowering. The accompanying risotto and fresh vegetables a delicious match. You know you’ve stumbled on a good restaurant when they understand seasoning goes beyond salt. When it instead delivers a delicate balance of flavor and umami. BRAVO! "It's a really cute and nice store. They have a good selection of books. I also liked the other things that they sell like cards, stickers and art prints. I got a really nice locally made card for $6. All the employees were friendly and helpful. The bathroom is nice and was very clean. I think there is only one and it is the kind that is it's own room. So you have the whole thing to yourself. My partner and I ordered iced lattes. They were really good. They were made pretty quickly, especially since there were a lot of orders ahead of us. I ordered mine with oat milk and my partner ordered hers with regular milk. We were not aware which one was which as they were not marked. I had to go back and ask. We also both had baked goods. They were good and tasted nice and fresh! There is a little area to sit and eat. Lots of people were working on computers and it was a quite, nice spot to sit and eat/drink. On a weekday, we were able to find close parking easily. It was street parking and it was just down the street. It was a quick walk and had a sidewalk the whole way."
