"It was ok. My bbq pork sandwich and Brunswick stew was good. My wife's fried chicken was overcooked and they brought out white meat chicken when she ordered dark meat. She didnt send it back though. We were traveling from Savannah to Atlanta on a Sunday, so we're expecting much. Overall I would say good, not great."

The best restaurant in Matter ㅡ Cheeseburger ㅡ House salad ㅡ When ordering BBQ burrisket. You can enjoy the best taste if you order it sliced without sauce.

Was driving on I-16 looking for a place for lunch. Service and food were great, prices reasonable. Staff was friendly, and the impression was a lot of locals there for lunch. Place was basically packed though it wasn’t a very large place. Would recommend, will probably stop there next time I’m in Metter.
