I 've been stuck on the chicken and waffles (with 2 sides) since the very first visit and I have never been disappointed. Portion size for the price is a steal and the kool-aid.... Delicious! Just like home--Mine and Mom 's! Crispy Fried pork chop, perfectly sweetened yams, tasty Mac 'n cheese, and Cornbread Ho cakes. Will definitely visit again next time in Lexington!Food: 5/5

We found Josanne's first by searching Google restaurants. I ordered the fried chicken with a side of cabbage, and a side of creamy coleslaw. Great steaming hot chicken and very flavorful cabbage. My wife daughter split an order of chicken strips with green beans and mac cheese. They loved both sides. And, they loved the hot water corn bread.
