"Below the longest castle in the world lies the old town of Burghausen. In the so-called Dimples, in the 17. Built next to the Salzach, you will find a popular Burghauser Cafe/Restaurant, the Bichlcafe. At warm temperatures there are always free concerts of different kinds in the outdoor area, a place with fountain next to the pedestrian zone. The interior design of the café is also top. For the ambience, according to my taste, ten stars would not be enough. Service: Probably because of an upcoming harp event, the Bichlcafe and the outdoor area were very crowded today. The service was nice, but wait 40 minutes for his food is quite uncool. That was probably not the service, but the disorganization of the kitchen. Food: We came to the table at different times, so the first had their food soon. Since the three veggie burgers seemed pretty porny at the table, I also wanted one. The handmade burger bread, three slices of fried cheese, salad, onions, a fried pepper and the fried zuchini slices looked very sexy. As mentioned, our burgers came too late. In addition, we only got the cube version: the fine paprika and the Zuchini were missing, and the juicy roast cheese was not even half the share that others had received. I wondered if an employee knows me and doesn't like me. This may sound small, but if you wait for food for so long and then you get disappointed, the evolutionary innate food ensemble comes from the rear corner. The whole part was smaller, and the sauce didn't even taste so good. The best thing was that the person who came to the table after us and ordered the same, again got the flag version of the burger with everything, although it also waited about 100 years. I don't want to be too hard with the kitchen, probably there was only one apprentice who had his first day. In general, you can only hear praise for the food in Bichl. I saw today that even the Pommes are made themselves. But for an unequal treatment and waiting today I can unfortunately give a maximum of two stars. Cleanliness: There is no argument that would speak against 5* (outside). The tables are clean, well decorated and for people who are quickly cold depends on each chair a fresh ceiling. Conclusion: The Bichlcafe is in principle very sympathetic, I will definitely look back and forth."

"atmospheric Bavarian bierhalle on the picturesque main square of burghausen. the workers, in the regulation Bavarian fashion, are drawn out in leather pants and dirndls. I enjoyed my nürnberger sausages and potato salad, augustiner caught beer and a glass riesling. €21.80 for one."

"there are many Italian food in burghausen, but this is my favorite. the personal is so friendly (a bit unusual in bayern) and quite funny. they speak English and have an English menu. Free brush with tweepers, tomats and...Peppers are offered to everyone. my favorite is the spaghetti pomodoro and the favorite of my man is the lasagne. I'm sure everything is freshly prepared and delicious on the menu."

"I love Greek eating and I decided to go to this restaurant with my parents who have visited me since I have read good reviews. the personal was nice when we arrived and that made me think I chose the right place. I never thought more wrong....We ordered the dishes, and my father and I were mixed grilled what should be with salat as a side. after 15 minutes they only brought us the salat, and after 1 hour we had ordered ourselves and the waitress asked how long we should wait, we began to get our tellers (in the meantime we had eaten the salat since we had starved).) teller arrived every 10 minutes so that it happened that a person had eaten at a time while the others looked at it and waited for her. the waitress said she was sad and didn't know we had waited so long and they were busy. let us talk about quality: really standard food, quite expensive for what they get, I was in many Greek restaurants and directed were much better. I'm sorry, but one thing I know is I'm never coming back to you."

"Ambiente: Man sitzt im Gastgarten mitten auf einem der urigsten Stadtplätze überhaupt. Klassische Häuser der Inn Salzach Bauweise aus dem 17.Jahrhundert unterhalb der längsten Burganlage der Welt aus dem 15.Jahrhundert. Da Bilder bekanntlich mehr als Worte sagen: Wer will, kann den Aussenbereich über die Webcam der Stadt auch live betrachten (ganz rechts im Bild) aber besser tagsüber, nachts ist die Bildqualität der Kamera nicht gut: [hidden link] Service: Eindeutig ein Azubi aber im Servieren einwandfrei. Es war eher anstrengend, den strengen Ton der ihm Vorgesetzen Servicekräfte ihm gegenüber mitzubekommen, weil der Knabe wirklich motiviert und gut war. Essen/Trinken/PLV: Ein Restaurant, welches noch nicht den münchnerisch belgischen Großbrauereien zum Opfer fiel: Feinstes Traunsteiner Weißbier ist dort angesagt (d.h. regional) Pluspunkt Zu Essen nahm ich von der Angebotstafel das Knödelgröstl mit Salat für nur 7 Euro irgendwas.  Ein Traum! Selbstgemachter Semmelknödel, geschnitten und in Butter knusprig angebraten mit frisch angerösteten Zwiebeln und ein Salat mit herrlichem Dressing, hauptsächlich grün und mit Kresse. Die Post sieht mich auf jeden fall wieder."
