The Kagaya is not a typical restaurant for dinner, but a place where you drink Sake or Shochu and eat something. FOOD DRINKS This restaurant offers a wild selection of some Japanese classics. Eel, fried chicken, pork cutlet, ramen and much more. The question is if the chef can actually pull that off? I can't say for sure because I was only able to order...one dish. I wanted to order more to see for myself but I was already full after the first dish. With the eel I think its sourced from Germany or Europe. I doubt you can get fresh Japanese eel imported for that price. Japanese eel can be very expensive in Japan and is considered a delicacy.
