"The food here was not very good. The only reason why it’s getting two stars instead of one is because the portion sizes are so big- probably why the prices are so high. I went with a friend and we got the Cancun quesadilla and the Memphis nachos. The only decent part of the meal was the quesadilla, only because it was what was edible. It didn’t have much flavor at all. The worst part of the experience was the nachos. I’m not sure how their queso is “famous” as it is probably one of the worst cheese dips I’ve had in my life. It was chunky, gritty, and honestly didn’t even taste like cheese. The pulled pork on the nachos had a weird flavor and texture, I wouldn’t recommend ordering it. The chips were also stale and hard, it seemed like they have been sitting out for hours or even days. Not sure how those are the “greatest chips on the planet.” I am pretty sure I broke a tooth on them, they were THAT hard and stale. The nachos didn’t have much flavor either. Overall a disappointing experience from a place I was so excited to try. Do not order nachos if you go here, maybe just try a quesadilla, though I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. I truly feel like I wasted my money.EDIT: Changing this review to one star since the owner is extremely unprofessional and rude. The food was disgusting and so is the owner. "I have been to this place a few times for some reason somebody doesn't know how to read a order?. For the 2nd time I ordered a Giant Chicken Cheesteak Sandwich ended up with a regular Steak Sandwich which was extremely disappointing as it was very salty from the Steak sitting in the Au Jus. I don't understand why it seems to be so hard to read a order thoroughly prepare what the customer has requested!! Maybe they need an Expedited to call the orders in clearly someone to check that the order is prepared the way that the customer requested before it is given to the customer??? I can understand business being busy getting caught up in the moment, but as I said this is the 2nd time!! I used to rave about Jersey Mike's being better than a competitor, but after these latest experiences I am starting to wonder... The best sandwich that I have had there was a BLT sandwich then probably their Tuna sandwich.."

"Try Nathaniel Reid! Even all my friends who are not big on sweets love it ; Super fair price for top notch pastry. Really like the pick up option. The pre-order system could be improved though. Hope to see a way to pay online instead of getting a call back to supply the payment info. Also, would be nice if there?s a way to check the status of the order online, such as to double check the pick up date or option for email reminders."

"all time fav. no matter what it is. napoli 2 has a meal for it! the scallops, seabass are always amazing! the arancini with which you can never go wrong, no matter what combination of the night. I must always have the stack salad that is a caprese with roasted paprika and blinken fried auberginen! the pastas always change, but the quattro frommagio or the goat ravioli always a good option! you can't go wrong with any of their pastas and then dessert! her brotpudding is phenomenal with the rum-chata sauce!"

"Went to dinner last evening after not having been there about one year ago. We understood there was a new chef and the menu had changed, but the new menu is unrecognizable, and half the size of the original: nowhere near the amount of fish or it’s variety of preparations, no tasting boards which were a signature of the restaurant), the popular chicken saltimbocca is gone, and the appetizers and sides are different and unimaginative from the original. I realize a new chef would want to make his own mark, but there is no reason to upend an already successful menu. On the positive, the service and ambience were fabulous. However, we will not be returning to what was once our favorite local restaurant. A sad day."
