"Just went through drive through, drove all the way from the house … had a 100$ bill and didn’t bring my card.. waited In Line for the lady and the rude manager to tell me they don’t accept money at a bussiness that takes money to get food. Dumbest thing I’ve ever seen. Then the manager tells me there’s a sign up front that says they don’t don’t take 100$ bills which I didn’t see.. maybe they should make it a little more clear and put signs all over so people like myself that have 100$ bills don’t waste there time. Won’t be going back ."

there was a problem with our mobile order, but the manager and the staff were very good at fixing it for us, although it was closed on the holy evening.

I remember why I don't go to KFC anymore. Rude is a skill set they look for and the chicken was thrown into the crushed sandwich bag like they slung it from one side of the store to the other.

Not sure what is so outrageous about me wanting to put the Nashville hot sauce onto the chicken sandwich and also being refused to sell it separately because of the difficulty level of putting it in a to go container so I can put it on the sandwich myself. You’d think a dying fast food chain would be a little more accommodating. Good luck to the owner.
