"Ordered online through local delivery service. The delivery service immediately put the charge on my bank account. Waited and waited for my delivery so called delivery service. They said call KFC. KFC was nasty nasty and hung up. My daughter called I told her about it. She was in Bartow so she said she would go get it for me. OK they did not have biscuits so substituted a cookie. No slaw so a credit. Wring chicken pieces . Small and dipping in grease. Called KFC and asked them if they soaked their biddies in grease before selling them. Needless to say I will NOT return."

This was an $8.19 3 piece White meat meal that they got argumentative with me over when I went back and asked how was this even acceptable. This store needs to be shut down

Wish we could rate kfc a 0.We ordered on line . Drove 30 miles 1 way to pick up order . We get there and are told sorry no pot pies.Jerks couldn't call us and tell us that before we wasted time and fuel getting there .Then girl says would you like to order chicken?? He'll No.. We didn't order chicken because it's too greasy and last time we ordered chicken with sides the slaw had long black hair in it . We're blonde and short haired. I put last time we ordered because we won't be going back they've lost 3 customers today
