"Absolutely horrid. I very rarely go to KFC, and Friday was just another reminder as to why. Daughter and I went through the drive thru and ordered 4 chicken littles with no mayo. Girl working the window confirmed no mayo on any off the 3 littles, I corrected her and said there were 4 littles with no mayo on any and she confirmed. Get to the window, pay and begin to leave. Glad I checked before we pulled out. First sandwich was drowning in mayo. Pulled into a spot and daughter ran in to get them replaced with plain Littles, again with no mayo. Take off and find that these new ones had BBQ added to them! I just disputed the charge with AMEX, I shouldn't have to repeatedly ask to have this iss...

Ordered around 7:30 , had my order at the online pickup section by 7:40. My food was fresh and I believe everyone there tonight deserves a pat on their back! And definitely a raise!

This was the worst Chicken Pot Pie ever. Terrible ?. The inside was too thick and hardly any chicken. The girl at the drive thru wasn't not the nicest. ATTITUDE for daaazzzzzz?. Never again. I'll go on YouTube and figure out how to make it.

I have 90 minutes before the closing on Monday, they have already cleared up. I came home and the food was old. gravy cold, fries rock hard, coleslaw was warm and dried. the chicken was cold and not crispy at all. I called twice to complain, and it rings every time.
