"No more buffet here. We're still waiting for them to open indoor dining. Until that happens, we won't be returning. They claim that masks are required to enter, but the doors are locked. There's been no improvement; it's drive-thru only, but they really need to manage the flow better and park cars efficiently. We waited four minutes just for one car to move forward. I cannot recommend this place until they improve their service. It was borderline dirty every time we dined indoors before COVID. Additionally, the Google Maps listing needs to be updated—they're not open at 10 AM. No one answers the phone, and they should clarify whether they offer dine-in service and if their buffet will ever...

We stopped by after being on KCK State Ave, having had a disappointing experience at the Westlake location where our orders were never right. However, the Bonner Springs location felt like a throwback to the good old days of KFC—absolutely awesome! Keep up the great work; we'll definitely be back!

After repeating our order multiple times, we still did not receive what we had asked for. We ordered 2 extra crispy breasts, potatoes, gravy, and coleslaw, but instead, we got 2 extra crispy legs, 2 extra crispy breasts, potatoes, and a biscuit without butter, honey, or gravy. We have encountered issues with our food orders here three times now, and it's quite challenging to get someone on the phone to resolve them. The lobby claims to be open, yet it seems everyone is locked inside. If you decide to drive to this place, consider it a gamble; there’s only a 50/50 chance that it will actually be open.

I ordered the 3-piece chicken tenders combo for takeout. Bryan seemed to misunderstand my order and thought I wanted the 3-piece chicken combo instead. When he started explaining what came with it, I realized he had misheard me and clarified that I wanted tenders. He apologized for the mix-up and mentioned he was new, so I appreciated that. My order was prepared quickly, and at that point, I would have rated the service with 5 stars. However, when I got home and checked my order against the receipt, I noticed that I was missing the sauce cup, two sauces, and the biscuit, which is why I would give a total of 3 stars. The food I did receive was tasty, though.
