"I got the drive thru... The guy has my order today at 4:50... So he was patient like me... I took my food, but NO Spook Fork nothing, how should I eat my supplements, so I had to go back to KFC, only for a fork they were not busy, there is no excuse why I didn't get a... Eating was good hot perfect until I saw my biscuits, it was smashed so it didn't look appetizing... You have to ask and make sure you have everything you need before you pull out... Could need more attention to order... Maybe next time it'll be better... But now A 4star... But everything else was perfectly hot n fresh"

I ordered a TON food for a big family dinner night and they missed no single thing all the way up to the extra requested honey packages and napkins. Good customer service! The food was hot and fresh!

I ordered the giant box with 30 pieces of chicken potatoes Gravey Coleslaw. Biscuits and food was fresh, hot and tasty, but the only problem was when I came home, we realized that they forgot the Koleslaw so that we had to go back. It was a busy vacation time, but I think they need more attention to their guests who come to the restaurant to order and less attention to the driving cars.

I ordered the gigantic box with 30 pieces of chicken potatoes gravy coleslaw. Biscuits and food was fresh, hot and tasty but the only problem was when I got home we realized they forgot the coleslaw so we had to go back. It was a busy holiday time but I think they need to spend more attention on their guests who come into the restaurant to order and less attention on the drive-thru cars.
