"First time going to a Taco Bell x KFC location. The drive through was quicker than expected, considering the line. 15 minutes max. The [unnamed] cashier that took our order was SUPER patient, knowledgeable, and sweet. The only critique I give is that Ididn?t receive my cookie that is included in the Famous Bowl combo."

I love the service at KFC in Scarborough Maine I didn't have to wait, I have my food and about five minutes maybe go less every time I go to Scarborough every 3 months

We've been coming to this KFC for a few months and they've made their first boo boo last night. You didn't finish my bowl. I called and told the manager what happened and it was very quickly supplied with the addition of apple cake! Great job!

If there were a way to rate no stars this place doesn?t deserve to be on gallery boulevard. COVID?s practically gone and you can only go through one door lobby ain?t open. Service sucks and employees have rotten attitudes. The owners make kernelsanders look like a scumbag. Someone should tear this building down

"With one of my sons. 45 years worked in the food industry, so I have a little knowledge of the Biz. I will say from the beginning, the server and the host were very friendly and courteous, the food was hot and fresh. I love oriental food and Thai is one of my favorite and I will say that the food was some of the best Thai food I had, but next time I would order instead of eating in the dining room. It is not the most beautiful place to have meals and if they want a killer place, they should clean up the floors and rotate the interior, it just looks down and dirty. The crabs Rangoon's are the best I ever had beautiful and crisp hot and beautifully designed the filling was far superior to the normal cream cheese and fake crabs that give you most places. and not just like most restaurants beat together. The shrimps in a blanket were delicious the only problem that I had was that the diving sauces were the same for all the appetizers we had so that it was a little boring, but the killer meal was the spicy fried rice, I am an eyelash when it was around wicy and that had only the perfect space where you could taste the food, and had a little heat my son also said that it was great. Would I go back? Yes for the takeover. would I recommend it? Yes for the takeover."

"that was my first time eating ottos, only a few times I had pizza here. not the best experience. we expected it to do on a Friday night, and there were few people before us. No one came over or recognized a use for at least 10 minutes. next time we were, I was asked about my name and number and I was told that I would get a call in about 20 minutes. I waited 30 and decided to go ask about waiting time. No one had my number or my name and they were sitting in front of me, that was another girl I spoke to. she then called the one name she had on another list that was randomly the family that was originally behind me. we finally sat and waited 10 minutes on our server. the food came out quite quickly and I still love the Butternuss Quark, ricotta and Cranberry pizza. we also have half a cheese and half a pfeffer chocolate for the children. if they like a super thin crust, otto has it. the pizza was so fat and the crust so floppy my children refused to eat it and I honestly did not accuse them. the crushed tomato sauce was the best part of this pizza. we found out that in this night only 3 or 4 people work and underage totally understand, but I don't think we will go to this otto soon, unless they can treat the dunes in the customer load."

"Very bad service! My group of 7 arrived and ordered tonight at the window at 8.40, at 9 we had waited and watched 3 other groups (who had arrived after us! get their ice cream. We finally went up to the counter to ask what was going on, and the girls at the counter refused to even make eye contact with us, instead opting to ignore us and continue to serve ice cream to people behind us! Finally I asked if they had our orders at all, turns out they had dropped our ticket on the ground earlier, and none of them thought to double check and ask what we were standing there waiting for (for 25 minutes at that point . One person in my group wanted a certain flavor (coffee heath and the girl at the counter served it instead to her family who was, again, in line after us. We finally got our ice cream after 30+ minutes of waiting. Service was terrible, Ice cream was aight. 1.4/5 stars."

"completely phony, blink and they will miss it - this place is a must on their maine food tour. we have tried as many things as our males would allow. carabiner rolls, dampers and peel and eat garnel. everything was phenomenal. the lobster roll is packed with lousy, perfectly cooked lobster. were delicious with and without butter. they were good. ALSO sleep not on the potato salad! it's addicted and we should probably have bought a lot more. hand-painted signs, sittin on the side of the road, AM radio play from an 1980s boom box, which was a perfect meal and I will tell everyone about it at home."
