"Bad customer service. Ordered a Kiki fry with easy Buffalo sauce. Once I received my order, I noticed there wasn't any on it that I could see. Upon asking for a small side of Buffalo, I was told that it was fifty cents. I asked since I didn't 5 it with any on like it comes if I could have the amount that Original cones on it. The representative said that's not how it works. My wife picks up dinner from here a few times a month. Sadly, we won't be returning."

Kiki's is always my go to when I visit the area! They have really great wings and their fries and tots are delicious and always spot on with the flavor and crunch! Definitely recommend!Food: 5/5

I have had Kiki's countless times from multiple locations, and I have never been so dissatisfied until today. Everything was overcooked. The fries may as well have been potato chips. Both our Kiki's fries the wings we ordered were dry with little to no sauce. And $1.50 for a 2oz side of ranch is just ridiculous. If you're craving Kiki's I would suggest the Carmichael Madison Ave location or the newer food truck on the roseville side of Citrus Heights.

"I don’t think I’ve ever left a review, but I wanted to leave one here because it SOOOO deserves some appreciation. I’ve only been here twice but each time the customer service was fantastic! Everyone is happy and genuine, and they do a great job of making this shop a home style feel. As for the drinks, I’ve heard the teas are great but from my experience the coffee is amazing! "Every so often I would go to this donut shop for the last 8 years and every time I went there it was fantastic service. The donuts were always beautiful and soft. My last visit, I decided to buy one of her mocha mixed coffee. And I have to tell you it was the perfect ratio of chocolate and coffee and a mocha I've ever had. It wasn't super icy. It was thick and smooth to go home. In my opinion, coffee is far better than any Starbucks I've ever had."

"We dined on 4/21/24 to celebrate my husband’s birthday. It was fairly early so the restaurant was just right. Our server named Jaclyln was very friendly took care of us was quick on all our questions requests. We enjoyed her happy attitude. Our meal was cooked perfectly. The only thing, but not that important, was that we were just served with our salads glasses of wine. Another server from the kitchen brought out our entrees, which was rather soon! Anyway, it wasn’t the fault of Jaclyln as she helping another table. The restaurant wasn’t too busy so we were a bit rushed. All in all, we enjoyed the meal our server Jaclyln who made our experience a fun enjoyable one. She is an exceptional employee. I hope she will know about our comments. "

"We had lunch. Lots of food and Thai style fried rice was great! I highly recommend it. I had Pad Thai, this is always a delicious classic. The server told me that the restaurant owners have a family member who needs to eat gluten-free so they really get it. Great food with a good understanding of gluten-free is such a wonderful thing for people like me with allergy problems. My mother loved the cucumber salad. She said you could really taste the fresh cripples. Great lunch, we will definitely come back."
