Kong Sihk Tong is always packed for good reason. Incredible food for sub $15 prices. Also, one of the few restaurants that do really good HK brunch. Personally love the Portuguese Chicken.

A mood for some toast and condensed milk is what inspired this visit. I honestly haven't even heard of this place but it's popular as evidenced by the ebbing and flowing lines and a random encounter with some friends.
