The restaurant itself is great and the food is always fresh. The location is the bad part. So hard to get out of this place but other than that it's great.

The workers today were really nice, but Krystal u have to stack a hand or two the road constantly and you work the 2 employees to give them to death or something

I would've had 5 stars, but I just tried her sausage biscuits. They are good, but very small! It won't be long tied to you and you'll be hungry again. Wafer thin sausages. Not worth the price. Other than that, our Krystals are always right, even with several orders on the drive thru. Hot, fresh and gooey perfect! Can not speak for the rest of the menu.
