"Irodion is a Greek restaurant, situated in the pedestrianized Hauptstrasse in Grünstadt. It is a nice cosy restaurant with friendly and competent staff. The ambiance is laid back; board games are available to play. I even saw a group of four ladies (past their prime) bring a complete contract bridge kit including a green table cloth and bidding boxes. They played hands of bridge before, between the courses and after the meal. The food was well prepared; waiting times are short. I enjoyed a nice combination dish (Dorfteller) with souvlaki, keftedaki and gyros. The beer was cold, so nothing more could be wished. To be recommended."

"Sehr leckeres Essen in einer gemütlichen Atmosphäre. Der Service war sehr freundlich. Die Dauer der Zubereitung der Speisen war ok, könnte aber durchaus noch ein Tick schneller gehen. Aber am Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis gibt es nichts zu meckern. STeinofenpizza Durchmesser 30cm für 7,00 Euro finde ich top. KAnn ich nur empfehlen."

"the pfalzhotel asselheim has long been known to us. we enjoy well-maintained hospitality there, especially when visiting outside we like to go there. they sit there wonderfully. the food meets above-average requirements. our favorite is Sunday and celebrated day brunch, where no wish remains open. we've already reserved Christmas. the personal is shult and has good administration. they agree and always try to satisfy the hospitable. in a next room, the sogennaten high-time sanctuary, they can also celebrate very well privately. the hotel rooms are also very harmoniously furnished. in the dining room they have a magnificent view of the landscape (wine vines). there is a thirsty atmosphere. as said, the kitchen is excellent! in summer they can also sit very nice. it is always very pleasant to eat there."
