"I am coming around to their subs. I used to hate them but my husband loves them. I usually just get salads but this time I thought I would give their subs another try. The favorites are usually chicago's own itlaian beef, the original philly cheesesteak, cuban and the new orleans muffaletta sub. I tried the italian and it was pretty good. I definitely like the subs toasted and warm. They also have premium ham, all natural chicken and turkey."

Called in my order, was asked if I wanted a pickle, replied yes. After I picked the order up and got home, no pickle. Other than that the subs were great.

Terrible expirence. Gave me a completely wrong order and then said I was to blame for not knowing the exact name of the sandwhich. I asked for an ITALIAN and got a BLT. The manager Andrew needs to be retrained on handling customers because heclearly has no idea how to amend the situation. Do not go to this location
