"I understand that this store goes through personnel change, but I was appalled by the lack of customer service. At first I tried to order online and was not able to it said online order was not able to be done in this business at that time. Then I called and ordered and they said they couldn't honor the online application because it was just online. Good thing I ordered anyway. Then I come home with my pizza and my order was wrong, so I called her there to ask her to remake her. I called for almost 10 minutes without answer before I decided to go there. When I told them that I had called several times and no one answered my call, I was not regretted or anything they just took my wrong pizza...

I had a wonderful time to order from here in Napoleon. Great shrine to Maurer he was excellent in the description of the food and gave me quick friendly service!

If I could give no stars I would. This place has become a joke. I get it people don?t want to really work right now. But if you have employment thru a company that works with customers at least try to be friendly. This make 2 times I?ve gone thru about 15-20 mins to close and requested a cheese free pizza and was told they would not make it because they was closing I had my pick of stale breadsticks or someone?s else forgotten pizza. First time I spoke with management and nothing was done nor did I even receive an apology. So since they didn?t seem to care enough to address the situation the last time it happened. I don?t think I will be returning to this location any time in the future.
