"The most recent experience was ordering a hot ready pepperoni pizza with wings. Cashier at the window said it would be between 10-15 min wait for the wings to be made and to wait in front of the building. I waited 20-25 mins instead before I went inside to check on the status of my order. The employee who waited on me at the window double checked that I ordered the wings and the pizza. I said yes, and he said he was giving me a fresh pizza because this has been sitting here for a minute. I appreciate the gesture and the fresh pizza. I believe I may have been forgotten to have my food brought out to my car because the pick-up space I was in is blocked from the view of the store by a support...

I went to this establishment twice in the last two weeks. The first time I was told it was going to be an hour wait for a supposed hot and ready pizza. The second time I waited in line for 15 minutes and I was told it would be 20 more minutes to go wait in line again. Is much easier to order pizza somewhere else and go pick it up. The myth that there are pizzas hot and ready at this establishment is a joke.

Been here a couple of dozen times. I 've only had one bad experience. Usually the experience is average to above average. The price creep on the side sauces is a problem, and by price creep, I mean the price more than doubled from $0.50 to over a dollar if I remember right, then I think they dropped it back down to a dollar a piece. Usually the pizza hot and ready is warm to hot, and reasonably fresh. The one bad experience was when I got a pizza that looked and tasted like it had been there for over a day. Dark-ish color cheese with dry sauce.
