"I ordered pizza online for pickup and 8:00 it said that it was suppose to be done at by 8:17. When I went to pick up the food, one of the workers said it would be ready in 2 minutes. I waited the 2 minutes then asked another worker. That worker said that my order was not put in as yet and that I had to wait another 15 minutes before it was ready. I waited in my car then came back in after the 15 minutes and was told that my order STILL hasn’t bee put in as yet and I was to wait another 10 minutes. They need a better system here and an extra worker to handle the online orders so that everyone gets their food I'm a timely manner.

Most of times, your order is late, and not in the lockers so you have to make line anyways just to get your pizza, ordering in the place would be madness. If you order online or phone do it at least 40 min beforehand if you don't want to have more delays.

I went to this particular location waited in line for about ten minutes, finally the cashier then asks me what I wanted to order ...I then explained that I wanted the lunch special in which he acted like he didn 't know what I was talking about, then proceeded to go in the back, come back ten minutes later to again take my order a total waste of my lunch. You 're better off placing an order online then picking up.
