"This Little Caesars is the worse I've been to. U always have to have exact change if u pay cash which makes no sense and has been that way for as long as I can remember. What? They can't go to a bank and get change instead of turning customers away because they don't have the exact change. They never have hot n' ready pizzas ready. You have to stand around for 20 minutes to get a ready pizza. They seem to b closed more than they r open."
