Not a single apology for the delay. We waited for over an hour and half for food order. Really laughable at this point on how long it had taken. Average food st best. Again not a single apology from “the chef” who delivers the food himself. I’ve been making reservations on open table for years in birmingham. This is without question the worst dining experience I have had in this city."

We have enjoyed this place as a jewel over the years. This time, we were disappointed. The food was not up to its previous standards and the service was just ok. The bar was excellent as always.

Ambience was amazing. Service was exceptional. Our server was very knowledgeable of the menu. I forget her name. I'm sorry. The shrimp and grits were out of this world delicious. We had a wonderful time. Thanks, Cliff.

Worst meal I have had in a long time. For $100 dollars, one shouldn't plan to take home leftovers only to try and make it better for a future meal. We have tried LS several times. Each time we have hoped we would love it. But when you order a dish and it shows up as something different, (food you don't eat) you start to wonder, what's going on in the kitchen. Brussel sprouts and green beans are totally different, any lazy chief would know that. I don't know how LS keeps opening its doors when there are so many better options available n Birmingham. Sadly disappointed.
