Unfortunately we had no experience, we stood in front of closed doors in the evening. Despite reservation and personal confirmation by a local relative. We tried to reach someone via the specified phone number, never got any feedback. With our 80-year-old parents, we still need to look for a new stay. You don't treat such guests.
