"My family and I went to the longhorn steakhouse in Saint clairsville Ohio. One of us ordered a floes fillet, 6 ounce and another ordered a 6 ounce sirloin steak. When the steaks came out the fillet and the sirloin were flip-flopped and improperly cooked based on what was ordered. The manager came out and told us that we were completely wrong and how they cut their steaks differently. My family and I live on a farm and we raise BEEF cattle and know what different cuts of steak are supposed to look like.
