"I ordered a delicious combo with 2 mild chicken sandwiches and fries. Although it says mild AND the gentleman that helped me said they wouldn 't be hot, they were a little to hot for me. Next time I 'll just order Naked which is supposed to have no kick at all. The fries were also delicious. The chicken sandwiches are a little small, so I ate both. Also, the prices are a little high, but I guess it 's ok to have occasionally. The staff was very nice and patient with me. Parking is a little tight, and the parking lot was very dirty."

"Came from Vegas to try! Burgers were really good. Definitely will be back. I had the double and it was huge. Beyond filling. Meat is very thick with alot of flavor. I think 2 more slices of cheese is needed for how thick the patties are. Also because it's wrapped in foil so the cheese is melted down to nothing. You get alot of fries as well. Service was alright. Cashier should definitely smile more. Wait time is crazy. Waited 50 minutes for order. Definitely order ahead. It was worth the wait!"

"I live on the east coast where the Mexican food can be a bit lacking. Getting a nice plate of tacos or burritos is the first think I do when I visit California. I went to Balam right after arriving in LA, and it did not disappoint! The portions were large, the food was fresh, and the hot sauces (which seemed homemade) were the star of the show! Service was awesome too. I loved the little outdoor courtyard and the festive music."
