"Had a listing appt in Rocky Mount. Stopped here afterwards and what a pleasant surprise! The service was great, food was impeccable! The sweet potato fries were better than any I have ever had. Ribs were fall of the phone and the slaw was the BESTEVER!. My mother in law makes amazing slaw and this was just as good!. My husband ate the flounder burger and loved it minusone thing.....He thought the type of fancy nutty bread they use for the bun took away from the great taste of the flounder. You can taste the fresh ingredients and the love of cooking here. If I lived nearby I would come again and again. The beet salad, sweet potato and Mac and cheese were delicious. ????Great ambient music that you can hear people talking. Place is clean.Staff was very friendly.

First time here and will absolutely return!! Was there during lunch but they opened the menu up for more items from dinner menu! So many interesting choices on the menu, it was hard to choose! I had the brisket and rib platter with brisket dirty rice! Itwas to die for! So flavorful and tender!! Their fried pickles were tasty too! Not too salty like some.

Absolutely delicious!! First- we had AMAZING service! Our waitress was very knowledgeable and so very kind! And the food was just amazing! We ordered the pimento cheese and fried pickles as appetizers and they were both really good, super fresh! Ourmain courses were absolutely delicious as well! Our dining experience was very pleasant from beginning to end! I wouldabsolutely recommend dining here and we will definitely be back!
