"This Spring Lutter Wenger proved to expand with their offer. They`ve introduced menu of the day, serving a limited selection of food – apart from their regular menu. The prawn salad I ordered proved a delicious solid standard – the one you can bank on. Note – you might order a double portion of prawns, making it a perfect lunch dish. The beef cheeks with celery purre were nice as well, though, we`d prefer the sauce to be served separately apart from giving the dish a splash in order to ensure the right taste. An absolute highlight in Heringsdorf. Also here, as almost everywhere in Heringsdorf, it is only possible to make reservations. Spontaneous visits to dinner are almost impossible. We were lucky and were able to book a table for the evening. To take it forward, it was great. The service is excellent, unobtrusive and yet always present when needed. The food is excellent, but hungry should take three courses. The offer of wines was great, especially at the open ones. Where to get a Brunello as an open wine. Ich hab schon wieder Hunger, wenn ich nur an den Inhalt meiner gleich folgenden Bewertung denke :) Wir konnten kurzfristig noch einen gemütlichen Aussentisch ergattern. Mein Sohn hat sich zur Vorspeise Rindercarpaccio bestellt, welches so lecker war, dass ich auch für mich sofort eines nachgeordert habe :) Mein Sauerbraten war der beste, den ich je gegessen habe, er ist praktisch auf der Zunge zergangen *-* Mein Mann hat sich den Salat mit gebratenen Scampis bestellt, welche ganz frisch (auch an der Küste nicht selbstverständlich) und perfekt gebraten waren, die Salatsosse ein Traum.
