"We have been going to Maggianos as our Christmas tradition for many years. This year was a complete disappointment. They were understaffed our waiter was good but he was overwhelmed. Looking around we were not the only table waiting. The entire restaurant was waiting for service. There was not a Christmas tree in sight we were told they had new decorators. We have gone there for many years for the food, experience and the ambiance. Sadly we will create a new tradition next Christmas. We will not be back. I hope your bottom line is worth it Maggianos."

We have a reservation but still had to wait 40 minutes. Up to 10 is no issue but 40 is a bit much

So good! Love their Buy One- Get One and the Meal for 2 entree. We dined there for a family birthday night, and it's always fantastic!

Had a great Thanksgiving dinner with our family. Food was great, service was great, plenty of options and the room was elegant and classic.
