"My search for a great Philly cheesesteak led me to Jersey Mike?s today. I arrived over the lunch hour and the line was nearly to the door. Staff were obviously well trained and worked quickly to get everyone through. I ordered a large standard cheesesteak sandwich for my daughter and I to split and a regular chicken Philly with bacon and ranch for my other daughter, a small bag of Cheetos, and drank water for a total of $24.00. The large sandwich is approximately 12 inches long with a substantial amount of meat with melted provolone, onions, and green peppers. The melted provolone and juice from the meat drip down your chin as you attempt to devour it and the rosemary bread was perfectly toasted. This was the closest I have found to the real deal in Iowa and I will definitely be back for more."

"We wanted to have one final meal at the Clive location before they relocate downtown. The food and service were excellent as always, and we enjoyed bringing our friends who also love Table 128. I tried the lamb leg cannelloni, which was unique and delicious. It was my first time having a pasta dish there and it exceeded my expectations. The chef's menu had a summery theme with perfect balance. The watermelon gazpacho was refreshing with a mix of sweetness and saltiness from crispy prosciutto. The Peach Panacotta with goat cheese crumble was also amazing. It was a great final meal at the Clive location and I can't wait to visit the new place on opening night. Cheers to Table 128 and their continued success downtown!"

"Firebirds was the location of the first date with my current partner and we just celebrated our 4 year anniversary! So for our anniversary we went back to Firebirds and the food and drinks were delicious, but the best part was the staff. Our waitress was super nice and when she heard it was our anniversary, she brought us a card signed by most of the staff to wish us a Happy Anniversary as well as a vase of flowers (to take home) and a small dessert for us to split. It was the sweetest thing and we appreciated it so much. We decided to make Firebirds our official go to restaurant for our anniversary. Always a wonderful experience!"

"The ambiance is really cool. Lots to see in every direction. Even the restroom is unique. Pictires on TV of menu items help plan your next visit. Service through the meal was top notch with Kari as my server. (thank you I had Udon with Katsu broth with chicken, crab and veggies and shrimp tempura on side( came with it Priced perfect and I was in another world from the first bite. If you enjoy ramen, broth makes it...this was really perfect and hit the spot!Vegetarian options: There is a veggie only ramen bowl"

"You need this. Wonderful food with wonderful service. I could wax long about the all around experience but you really need to just go yourself. I arrived at 5:45 on a Tuesday and barely beat the rush. Seated right away. First time so let waiter pick my food. Started with onion rings, house salad with creamy parm, then had Ziti for my main course. Finished with warm brownie dessert. $50 for all that. Enough leftovers for a family of 4. Seriously. My water was never empty. My server was fantastic and got a crazy generous tip cause he was so nice and attentive. The only reason 5 star was not awarded- they forgot my dessert and I waited almost 30 minutes for it. By that time my stomach had realized it was full and I didn't want it anymore. Will be adding this gem to our regular circuit of local places we love. Go! You will enjoy it."
