"My family came in for mother's day brunch and we were not impressed. Our server never introduced herself to my family and instead we overheard her say that she was annoyed that no one was tipping 20%. We waited about 20 mins before we received our mimosas and had our orders taken. We received a plate of 4 biscuits 20 minutes after placing our order. We did not get any plates and I had to walk up to the bar and ask for plates. The soup arrived about a half hour after we received the rolls. we celebrated a friend birthday. she loves classic French food and she loved maison. eating was excellent, and worth more than the price. the service was fantastic and our waitress let us set the pace and was attentive, but not intrusive. I think this is one of the best, uplifted meals in milwaukee. the weeping list was also great, and again, quite expensive. they will not be disappointed!

had a nice meal in maison. he started with the escargots that were good. the problem was that they were served with the classic tongs to hold the dish, but the given fork was a standard fork not the small correct fork. this led to the escargot having to be pulled out of the shell with a knife. the beet salad and wobbly soup were very good. the entries were the fish special and the rib eye, again both very good. the service was good. the restaurant was quite quiet for a Saturday.
