"I have to take back my review and the pictures I posted earlier this summer. I went back this evening and found out that they have incorrect prices posted on Google, and the food quality has massively gone downhill. I got two extremely greasy cheesy bread that she tried to sell to me for $10 each for when I arrived. When I pointed out the online prices, as I always order by phone and have to look up the phone number, I got some very unpleasant responses. I won't say what happened, but it was poor customer service that I've never gotten at a restaurant from someone who is supposedly a manager. Called and Ordered a Meatball Sub. Was Very Quick. They not only changed their sub sizes, but apparently their frying the bun it's on too. My sub buns were crispy and crunchy to the point the sandwich was no longer enjoyable. Very Disappointed will be eating elsewhere from now on

Worst experience of my life. Order a pepperoni pizza. Charged me for a 3 topping pizza. They even called and asked if i wanted more toppings. I said I apologize and only want a pepperoni and cheese pizza . They agreed and charged me for eay more. Called and they told me to call slice . I asked slice.com.... or what . Didn 't reply and said they are too busy. On top of more issues with my order I was ushered off as I can 't help you I am too busy and then proceeded to hang up in me. Called an hour later and was told no one can talk to me. Worst business service I have ever received. One of the worst places I've ever ordered from. Not sure if the person on duty was high or something but they didn't understand anything we were asking for and we had to give and spell out our address several times only for them to call and ask what it was when they were coming.The person said it was too hard to add parmesan butter to our crust, then called back and said they actually could.They didn't tell us there would be a 10 dollar extra fee for longer distance delivery, if we had known that we would have just waited to order somewhere closer.Our pizza came completely cold, uncut, and he didn't come with a receipt for us.
