"We stopped in search of a quick lunch on our drive back from Redwood NP. They had a very vegan friendly custom sandwich menu at their deli. They had a few vegenaise options, lots of veggies, and several good breads to choose from. They had tempeh, veggie burgers, BBQ tofu, and portobello mushrooms as the protein/main options but were out of veggie burgers and tempeh on the day we ordered. I substituted curried tofu and it was excellent. They also had a vegan soup and vegan wrap that I didn't get to try. The market has a lot of pre-made vegan friendly options and tons of snacks."

From their FB page: This locally owned natural foods store is located 2 1/2 hours north of San Francisco on Highway 101. Our specialty is organic produce, much of it locally grown. We feature local meats, artisan cheeses, fresh seafood and a complete selection of natural grocery items. Our deli is open daily until 5pm and creates many delicious sandwiches, soups, sushi and salads as well as juices, smoothies, coffee drinks and baked goods.

They also had a vegan soup and vegan pack that I did not try. The market has many prefabricated vegan friendly options and tons of snacks.
