"Our bed breakfast had Jim’s menu in the binder in our room and after researching multiple places to eat we decided to give Jim’s a shot and we are glad we did. From the moment we walked in the door we were met with smiling faces and a friendly atmosphere. Then we got our waitress and she was AMAZING. Karen is the sweetest lady. We never had an empty glass she made sure we were never in need of anything. The food was spectacular. We had the quesadilla and then a meatball sub. We will be coming back when we are in town again!"

"Nice location, not very busy. Between Norwalk and Sandusky it is a nice fast stop without fighting traffic and parking. Great customer service. Had a nice easy ride thru experience. The Gentleman on the window is represented by standard service. Good work in this place."

"awespme inventions here. however, got a look for kissing my family members on the lips and sometimes lower back. this is just how i was raised and the scowls i recieved from the servers when i asked them to join in was not appreceiated. not very inventive of them. lovely mac and cheese."

"the food was delicious! my man has a Cajun burger with jalapeños, I had a 1/2 lbs melting with beautified bevelling and mushrooms, my son had both tripel pieces (a breakfast with eggs, sausage and pancakes) and my daughter had chicken strips. the woofer rings were very tasteful! the pommes were homemade kartoffelfries fries amazing. the young said the pancakes were the best they ever had. the burgers were fired!"

"We had two fantastic experiences during weekdays on a trip. The food was amazing, highly recommend the pretzels and beer cheese, but the honey mustard was the real show stopper, delicious! Our service was very friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. Cleanly place, calm enjoyable atmosphere. Great find!"
