"Saw this restaurant as we were passing by and decided to stop in on the way back. I wanted some great seafood but great was not what I found with a couple exceptions. Our greeter did not greet us she grabbed a couple menus and walked away. My wife gave me a nudge to follow her. For a seafood restaurant, I found the menu had limited options types of fish. I chose the fried platter which had perch, scallops and shrimp. The scallops were small but they were cooked just right. I was disappointed in the batter they used, it was completely void of taste! I usually do not season my food but I had to in this case. I did like the hush puppies tho they were very tasty and served in a unique way. Our...

i drive from hickory to enjoy mayflowers food and markisa the waitress . this young lady is a very pleasant person . i enjoy the food very much i give them a 10

Pricey but good. Come on, $16.95 for 5 teas, Too much. Had the catfish and sweet potato, very good. The cole slaw lacked flavor. Our server was exceptionable. Informed hostess that we had a birthday. She stated they would sing and give a piece of pie. Didn't happen, Disappointed.
