"Placed an online order and arrived at the time the app said to arrive. Extremely unprofessional server advised me that they were out of what I ordered. This location is horrible!!!! I went with my husband and we met two friends there. We ordered food at 1 pm and our friends arrived at 110 and ordered. They didn't get their food until 220 and we never received our food so at 245, we requested a refund and went somewhere else. Awful service as well. We were complaining about the service and a waitress over heard and said well we only have one chef today with an attitude. Everyone had an attitude there and other tables had been waiting for two hours. It was crazy! I will never return to this mccalisters. It must be under new management because I used to go here all the time and it was great.
