"I use to go here all the time but tonight is my last time going there again. I placed a recent order and even paid a 20% tip and all three items were incorrect. I ordered a grilled chicken salad and I got it with no chicken on it. I also ordered a wrap with no tomatoes and bit into a huge chunk of tomatoe on my first bite. My third item was the pecan cheesecake which I was charged for and it wasn't in my bag. When I arrived back home they were already closed. One the biggest things is person never gave me my receipt. I've felt incredibly disrespected by my experience there. I don't want to hear an excuse about them being short staffed when I was the only person in there."

Just got a salad and they used old lettuce and an old avocado. First time I have ordered lunch here and the last?.waste of $10

I?ve literally been to every McAlister?s in Charlotte and this is the best one! I always order their baked potatoes and they?re never over cooked like the other places, they?re perfect. The food is always fresh. Overall very pleased! I visit here often!
