"Terrible customer service! Host had AirPods in while taking our order as well as walking around the restaurant with phone in hand! Rang me up for a Diet Coke and got a sweet tea. My daughter asked for a 12 inch sandwich and did not ring her up for it. The receipt says the hosts name was Nicole. Do better McAlister’s!"

Rueben was good. All other bad. Kidd meal. SE salad. Lemonade ok. Took a long time. Counterperson overcharged us but was polite when pointed out. Store less than clean. Disappointed.

Absolute worst McAlister’s experience I’ve had in last 20+ years! From the guy not knowing how to run the register, the manager that wasn’t that much better, the messed up order, the poor food quality and the absolutely disgusting bathroom that hadn’t been cleaned in days, WOULD NEVER COME BACK!!
