My order was a deluxe quartier pupper and a large frit and a medium size drink it. It took a long drive. And my burger was ice-cold and so were the fries. Will never go back to McDonald's

Waited for 30 minutes because when I pulled up I was told to move forward to order, it says they?re open 24/7, I wasn?t responded to for the rest of the time I was there. Called multiple times and got no answer
