"Awful. It smelled like stale urine when I walked in. My English muffin felt like a brick. Super hard and when I asked for it to be remade the manager squeezed a few times then snatched it outta my hand. They were listening to trap music and really loud!Having personal conversations which contained a huge amount of profanity. Mind you it was 6am. Other customers were waiting forlong periods of time for their orders. This McDonald should close. But because we still have the patronage, it could remain open. Bad customer service bad food quality. It's just convenient. Close to home and cheap. Employees could take care less every day I'm here. Last day to spend my money here. I will travel for better service and experience the experience of McDonald/food/service. Quality.

Stood at the counter for 15 minutes before I was helped. Staff was rude and not trained on McDonald's products. Asked for the 50 nuggets for $10 which I've ordered there before, and the cashier said they didn't have it and acted offended that I even asked.This place is only 1/2 mile from my house, but never going there again. I can see now why they are sending out coupons. No onewants to be treated like garbage just to get some pressed chicken.
