yeah it was just like any other McDonald's. although, I did get a nice photo of some flowers while I waited for my food. so I was pretty happy.

Was there a week ago, so I've really thought about this one. We seldom go to restaurants during the lunch rush, but we were far from home and doing errands all morning. There are too many ways to order from too many places. All I could see was a staff of smart people doing the best they could under terrible circumstances. Customers are equally confused as there was both an ordering kiosk AND a friendly, helpful human with whom to place an order. It's a disaster for all concerned, and none of it is the fault of the staff. Apparently corporate has been seduced by technology and the fear of being under-staffed. This location appeared to be fully staffed, and badly uninformed. At least four ways...
