"The service at Phoenix of Albuquerque restaurant was terrible, and the waitress was rude. After making a mistake with our order, she slammed the drive-thru window, gave us our coffee without a lid, and spilled some on our car. She never came back to fix the mistake and only gave us a poorly made burger. The service was extremely rude and the staff should be fired or the place should be shut down. It was the worst service we have ever experienced. They even charged us twice and did not give us our full order. This place should be closed down if they want to be seen as a family-friendly restaurant like McDonald's."

I went to this restaurant after waiting for a while. The interior was dirty and in need of cleaning. The food was cold and the coffee was not hot. They need to either improve the cleanliness and quality of the food or shut down.

I couldn't believe how amazing this McDonald's was! We had a group of eight people and as soon as we placed our order, paid, and sat down at a table, our food was already being served to us. The service was incredibly fast and the staff were so friendly. It was truly unbelievable!
