"I was met by a nice gentleman that went over the menu and made recommendations.. also, he had me try out his homemade barbecue sauce!! It was really good!!! It takes some time to get the order because of having to wait for French fries and hush puppies to cook.. I recommend this place!! Not great looking from the outside, but some of my best restaurants have had this same appeal!!"

The BBQ was western style it was a tomato based sweet BBQ . I prefer Eastern style vinegar based. The meat was good. I got French fries, they were good they were the coated kind. All in all everything was good and I probably will be back.Food: 4/5

Cute place, large portions and great barbecue pork sandwiches. We had a piece of homemade pecan pie, with lots of pecans! They also make a homemade tomato vinegar sauce that's just delicious. We make this a regular stop when we come through Norfolk.Food: 5/5
