"It may have taken a while for my mouth to sink in, but this was the best Rubia Gallega of my life... For meat lovers, this restaurant is a must. The Galician blond cattle served here are simply unbeatable. I wanted to wait a bit to write a review so that it didn 't come off as a one time experience. I have now been a guest at Mesa Madrid three times and have also been able to enjoy other specialties. As a starter we had Pata Negra ham. The Iberico at Mesa Madrid is always a “Joselito” or a Sanchez Romero Carvajal “5 Jotas” there is no better ham. The lobster (only available by pre order) was still alive, it couldn 't be fresher.
