"DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE! I wish I could give 0 stars. This is what $40 on Uber Eats will get you... Not only were the portions ridiculously small, the food was basically thrown into the to-go boxes and it looked unappetizing. Completely disappointed and will never order from here again, and will let everyone I know to not order from here either."

My chicken tenders were burnt, and my fries were soggy. I?ve always had great experiences at metro?s but this location is the worst.

I ordered the chicken and waffles and it was the best hands down! The only thing I would probably request a thinner waffle. Everything was fresh and cooked very well!! And might I add you definitely get your monies worth!

The young lady that works in there preparing the food I believe she's the manager or the lead person there but she is great and wonderful. She definitely needs a big bonus friendly nice kind just a wonderful all around person

"We have visited this restaurant many times and the food has always been exceptional. However, yesterday we were disappointed to find that the quality of the food was not up to par. It was not fresh. We have always loved this place, but this experience may be our last visit."

"I celebrated my birthday at Carolinas oyster bar last night. The hostess advised a table for two wait time was about an hour. I said okay, she responded back do you want to be added to the wait list? I said okay. She said she didn’t know if I wanted to wait! As we waited we had drinks at the bar, the bartender made a strawberry lemon drop, the best! Calamari and oysters for appetizers. I also ordered a lobster and shrimp roll! It was so delicious second bite I had three pieces of a lobster shell! Anthony was our waiter, I called him over he was in shock and said let me get my manager. Manager came over, I showed him the three pieces of the shell. He said that’s a possibility when they take the lobster out of the shell. No apology was provided, no offer to compensate the experience I had. I didn’t request a manager the waiter thought his manager would resolve the matter. Even though the manager offered to get me something else. I was nervous to get another meal especially when I run a risk for this to happen again. He said happy birthday enjoy your night. The managers response lacked empathy, poor customer service, I don’t care you will not be the first or last customer that this will happen to. In the back of my mind I wondered if I was a different race besides black would his response be the same?! The food was a ten even though I wasn’t able to eat and enjoy the lobster roll."

"As always, the food, ambiance, and serve was outstanding. McNinch House is the only restaurant in Charlotte where you can carry on a conversation across the table without raising your voice. Most others require shouting until your voice is hoarse. It is an elegant experience served by delightful people. Will return again soon."
